All vendors wishing to be a vendor in the Touch of Christmas Craft Fair MUST complete the “Vendor Registration Form” below.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY!
For detailed Vendor information and pertinent details, please see the VENDOR GUIDELINES.

PAST VENDORS:
You are automatically approved UNLESS the products you are selling have changed or you are adding additional products that have not been previously adjudicated.  Email info@handsinservice.ca if you are selling new products.
New: donations from vendors are no longer required.

NEW VENDORS: your products will be adjudicated before being approved.  Be sure to enter the complete link to your products and if you DO NOT have social media, please submit a variety of photos of your wares to info@handsinservice.ca.

Please note:  as our focus is on artisans, we are NOT accepting new distributorships.  All new approved vendors will be contacted by email.

TOC Vendor Registration Form (Please do not complete duplicate forms)

  • Enter N/A if no business name
  • Other than previously approved distributorships, all products must be hand-made or partially handmade. No products can be commercially manufactured, bought and re-sold.
    Rent a bare (undraped) 6-ft. table for $20. You can purchase at time of purchasing booth. (tables will not be available for rent at venue)

FLOOR PLANS

A link to shopping cart for purchasing booths will be sent late August if vendor’s adjudication is successful.   Booths have a professional look with “pipe and drape” and range from $70-$200, depending on electricity and location.  A bare 6-ft. table can be ordered for an additional $20.  

AUDITORIUM: (when AUDITORIUM booths are sold out, MEZZANINE booths will become available for purchase)
Please note that some areas may require warm clothing if located near windows or exit doors

MEZZANINE:  (MEZZANINE booths will become available for purchase after AUDITORIUM booths are sold out)
